During my first semester of the Master's Degree in Identity Design at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the work culture of SportBrain, a marketing agency founded in 2011 in Augsburg. As part of my research, I investigated the work history of the company's 26 employees through a combination of interviews, observations, and direct participation in their work routine.
The findings of my research were presented through three interactive audio-visual installations: a desk, a picture frame, and a roulette. These installations provided visitors with access to unique stories and unusual work experiences that reflected the personalities and identities of the team. Through this project, I aimed to explore creative and interactive ways to represent collective identity.
I would like to express my gratitude to the SportBrain team for their cooperation on my projects and to my professors at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences for their support.
The project presentation and Vernissage of our "Gesellschaftskolumne" at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences left a positive impression on all attendees. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the projects and engage with the students, providing them with valuable feedback and insights. The atmosphere was lively and inspiring, with a palpable sense of excitement and passion for innovation and creativity.
